COOKIE POLICY
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the proper functioning of procedures and improve the online user experience. This document provides detailed information on the use of cookies and similar technologies, how they are used, and how to manage them. Cookies are small text fragments (letters and/or numbers) that allow the web server to store information on the client (the browser) to be reused during the same visit (session cookies) or later, even after several days (persistent cookies). Cookies are stored, according to the user's preferences, by the individual browser on the specific device used (computer, tablet, smartphone).
Similar technologies, such as web beacons, transparent GIFs, and all forms of local storage introduced with HTML5, may be used to collect information on user behavior and the use of services. Below, we refer to cookies and all similar technologies simply as "cookies".
TYPES OF COOKIES
Based on the characteristics and use of cookies, different categories can be distinguished:
Strictly necessary cookies. These are essential cookies for the correct functioning of the site, used to manage login and access to reserved functions.
Analytics and performance cookies. These cookies are used to collect and analyze traffic and usage of the site anonymously. Although they do not identify the user, they, for example, detect whether the same user returns at different times. They also allow system monitoring and improvement of performance and usability. Disabling these cookies can be done without any loss of functionality.
Profiling cookies. These are permanent cookies used to identify (anonymously or not) user preferences and enhance their browsing experience. This site does not use cookies of this type.
THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
When visiting a website, one can receive cookies both from the visited site (“first-party”) and from websites managed by other organizations (“third-party”). A notable example is the presence of "social plugins" for Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIn. These are parts of the visited page generated directly by these sites and integrated into the host site’s page. The most common use of social plugins is for sharing content on social networks.
The presence of these plugins involves the transmission of cookies to and from all third-party managed sites. The management of collected information by "third parties" is governed by the respective policies:

Twitter policy: https://support.twitter.com/articles/20170514
LinkedIn policy: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/cookie-policy

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
This site also includes components transmitted by Google Analytics, a web traffic analysis service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). These are also third-party cookies collected and managed anonymously to monitor and improve the host site’s performance.

COOKIE DURATION
Some cookies (session cookies) remain active only until the browser is closed or the logout command is executed. Other cookies "survive" the browser's closure and are available even during later visits.
The user can decide whether or not to accept cookies using their browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may affect the use of parts of the site reserved for registered users. Disabling "third-party" cookies does not affect navigability.
