DELIVERY OF CLOSED PRODUCTS UNDER 220 CM IN LENGTH

For most products, the seller arranges shipping via express courier. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are clearly indicated in the order confirmation. As a general rule, and unless otherwise affected by force majeure, delivery is carried out within 48 hours from the shipment of the goods across Italy, except for islands and remote areas (for which a minimum of 72 hours should be considered).

DELIVERY OF CLOSED PRODUCTS OVER 220 CM IN LENGTH

For larger and bulkier products (closed products with a length exceeding 220 cm), the courier responsible for the shipment will be selected by the seller based on the dimensions and destination of the order. For this type of product, the average delivery time is seven working days from the shipment date, always subject to force majeure or delivery to islands and remote areas.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:

That the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered.
That the number of packages corresponds to the one indicated on the shipping document.

Any damage to the product or packaging must be immediately reported in writing to the courier on the delivery document. Once the customer has signed the courier’s document without reservations, they will not be able to dispute any defects or faults in the delivered products.

If the courier is unable to deliver the products to the address specified by the customer, they will be stored in the courier’s warehouse. The customer must then arrange to collect the stored products within the specified time frame.

Delivery times are always considered in working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays excluded).

The goods are shipped upon receipt of payment. By receipt of payment, we mean the moment when the credit is registered in the seller’s bank account. In the case of payment by credit card/PayPal, it is immediate at the time of the order. For bank transfers, we recommend sending a payment receipt to speed up the processing time.

The goods can be delivered to an address different from the billing address, provided that it is specified at the time of the order in the designated field.
