Where is my order?

You have purchased, the goods are shipped but would like to know where it is? Contact Customer Service and we will provide you with the tracking number, and you can follow the shipment.

I have not yet received my order, why?

On average, the goods are delivered in 24/48 working hours from the confirmation of the order (ie from payment). For particularly long and/or bulky packages, you need a little more patience: delivery normally takes between 5 and 7 working days.

Can I pick up the item at your location?

Yes, you can collect your order directly from us. Contact Customer Service to find out how.

Can I pay on delivery?

No, unfortunately the cash on delivery method is not allowed, due to the high operating costs and the high rate of missed payments.

How can I tell if the accessories and spare parts are compatible with my scale?

To see the accessories connected to a certain scale, just type in the product code on the label, but be careful! If the product was purchased more than 10 years ago, accessories and spare parts are not available. If you have any doubts, contact Customer Service or send an email, photographing the label on your product.
